Sure-Bet Terms of Use

1. Sure-Bet provide Arbitrage opportunities to you, the customer, on a monthly subscription basis. Further details of this scheme are outlined on our website (see ‘Join’ page).
2. Subscriptions will be re-billed every calendar month at the rate of purchase. You will be given thirty days notice prior to any changes to current billing cycles/prices.
3. The Sure-Bet service can be cancelled at any time with no charge. However, the customer will only be entitled to a refund on the condition of providing written confirmation of this cancellation, within two working days of a new billing cycle.
4. There may be circumstances beyond Sure-Bet’s control where no Arbitrage opportunities are available.
5. Support and cancellation queries are handled via: info@sure-bet.co.uk. We will endeavour to respond to any queries within 24 hours.
6. All data posted on our website is accurate from the time of publication, based on the information found on our linked websites: www.sure-bet.co.uk/bookmakerlinks.html. We encourage the customer to check the corresponding odds for potential errors/changes on the bookmakers’ sites; we do not hold responsibility for these changes.
7. Sure-Bet unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any customer losses that arise from using our services.
8. All information is to be employed at the subscriber’s own discretion.
9. On occasion bookmakers may void bets due to errors on their respective websites; Sure-Bet will not be held responsible for information changes from third-party sources, nor will it be held responsible for any subsequent losses.
10. Re-using, reselling or reproduction of ANY information provided by Sure-Bet is strictly forbidden, and will result in termination of account without refund.
11. If the customer is found to have breached any of the above terms, their account will be subject to immediate closure. Refunds will not be provided.

Privacy Policy

• We will collect necessary information from you only when you directly interact with our site – either by signing up to our free newsletter or by joining our fully paid service.
• We will only use this information to communicate with you, provide you with site details, and any service offers. It will also be used to deal with payments regarding our subscription services, as applicable.
